I understand that this company can't keep up with demand but I ordered a custom trail that is nice and I realized it was going to take time to build but there are plenty of issues due to unskilled workers in to much of a rush. Poor execution on a fairly good design. Biggest issue that I'm concerned with is it is a fully insulated trailer that gets used during the winner and every inch of wiring throughout the trailer and axles are put together with scotchloks. It is going to take dozens of hours to rip apart to diagnose or replace with proper wiring connectors when they fail not if they fail.

WELL SINCE I HAVE TO MARK AT LEAST 1 STAR TO EVEN LEAVE A REVIEW, I GUESS I'LL DO THAT!!! ABSOLUTELY, THE POOREST COMMUNICATION I'VE EVER COME ACROSS WITH THEIR HR DEPT. !! IT'S LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK OR SOMETHING! TO HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ANSWERED, IS LITERALLY AN ACT OF CONGRESS, AND WELL YOU KNOW HOW THAT WORKS OUT FOR EVERYONE!!! JUST POOR WORK ETHIC, AT ITS FINEST!!! SO VERY SAD INDEED!!

Incredibly lacking in quality and customer service. Zero communication skills or help from your lot techs. They knew we were coming to pick up a trailer, literally to just hook up and go. The trailer was buried in other trailers and not even finished. We waited around for an hour with no instruction or communication about even where to wait. When the trailer was finally ready some employee just brought it out and dropped it in the parking lot without saying a word. No help, no greeting, nothing. Good luck with this business, youll need it.
