They showed up when they said they would and worked very diligently. They protected my wifes flowers which are very important to her. I have often heard of different roofing companies that left many nails in the grass and all around. That was not the case with Spann roofing. I noticed they kept going all around the property looking everywhere for stray nails and believe me, they got them all. That was much appreciated. You use Spann and you will not regret it.

I met this company at the home show in Myrtle Beach. I really enjoyed talking with Dave Wahrendorff and he made us feel really welcome and even gave some advice on the roof. We initially got other quotes but felt that it being a local company was a great option since I am self-employed as well. They personally came to my home and looked at the roof and gave me a quote on the spot and we notified them that we wanted their services. He gave us a timeframe and was even ahead of schedule on the timeframe. They came removed the old roof and replaced it with all new materials. They did a phenomenal job, very professional and even came to check on it several times. The supervisor and manager were always in contact with me which gave me great assurance of a job well done. Dave Brodowski even came and inspected roof and made note of a few things that needed attention and are fixed. Just really felt comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company with no hesitation.

You do not need to be home for us to perform, inspect, and estimate. All we need is your permission to get up on your roof. We will make the analysis and take pictures to help our your estimate together.
