This place is nice, for the most part. I have given them a solid 3 tries. Their beverages are still not available, even though they have been open for almost a year. The chairs are nice except that where your feet sit on top is uncomfortable. I always get a pedicure, the first time they overcharged. And when I went back the next day they didn't believe me they had to ask the person that did my pedi, they kept saying no design no shellac are you sure. The second time was ok, I just felt rushed as they were closing, and I'm not sure why but 3 hours later my toes were still not dry (actually wet, not green), when I went back the next day they told me this is why they recommend shellac (I'm over 40, its not normal for polish to take that long and I get my nails done every 5 weeks.) Then today 10/5/22 before starting my pedicure the guy was on his phone for a hot minute (I thought he was setting up music) but then while doing my pedicure he would pause and get on his phone. He wrapped my legs in warm towels then left, long enough that I asked someone walking by where he might be. When he came back he asked if I was in a hurry, um no the towels are cold. I didn't appreciate his attitude. There are people there that do a wonderful job. He was just not one of them. At this point I doubt that I will go back.

Lots of seating/customer service. Clean prompt and efficient. Never a problem here. They do a great job!
