This place went from half decent to a complete zero-star experience. They removed the bug wash (why?) and they no longer tape or cover your back windshield wiper. Both times I have come to this place in the past few months, I have lost my back windshield wiper and since it just gets broken, there’s nothing they can do, nor would they even consider giving you another one. Half of the vacuums do not work, and the ones that do are very low suction power. This is exactly why I don’t use Take 5 Oil Change anymore either. I don’t mind that employees are able to listen to their headphones and stuff, but now it means they aren’t paying attention to anything going on around them. Take 5 ruined this place.

Terrible service 😡 The person guiding my car into the car wash was not doing his job. My car got off track in the middle of the car wash, and I almost got hit in the back. They blamed it on me and never apologized.

Always good service, vacuums work great. I had a issue trying to get a scented tree out of machine I told the employee who was taking money for car wash by the time I got through the car wash he was waiting for me with my car freshener. Kudos to that young man I didn't get his name but he was working August 26th 2021 at around 10 am.
