Came by around 11am on Friday 9/2. Was greeted when I walked in, and stepped up to the counter to take a look at the menu while the person in front of me ordered. As I’m standing there another worker comes from the back and in an annoyed tone asks “so what’s going on with this line….?” Mind you it’s just me, a woman with her child placing an order, and the older woman who walked in behind me— not 15 unruly rush hour customers. I told them I was next and they condescendingly said to the older woman and I “ok so can we step over and make a real line first”, motioning for us to step over. Their tone was so incredibly rude and unwelcoming, the customer in front of me stepped aside to tell me they thought it was crazy as well, we joked about it and left. Real joker behavior from the worker in the joker hat. Coffee was ok tho. Probably not coming back here again.

This is our to-go location, with no seating or wifi. Star Lounge (2521 W Chicago Ave) is a block West of The Mothership, with a full menu, two floors, plenty of seating and wifi. Hope this helps!
