I found this place durning quarantine and I couldn’t be happier with them! The instructors are amazing...the business owner is a BOSS LADY! She’s great!!!! The classes are just amazing...Honeslty check them out because you won’t regret it! 🙌🏽

I've seen pregnant women attend. I guess it's up to the expectant mother and her doctor to decide if zumba is an exercise her body can handle. I would imagine it's harder the farther along she is. There is an informal play area toward the back of the class. Many mothers bring along their children. The mother obviously must keep an eye on her kids throughout the class as they are not allowed up front.
The current schedule is Mon 9am (Zumba) & 7pm (Zumba) Tues 9am (Zumba) & 7pm (Strong by Zumba - high intensity workout) Wed 9am (Zumba), 6pm (Zumba) & 7:15pm (Twerk or Step aerobics) Thurs 9am (zumba) & 7pm (Zumba) Fri 9am Zumba Saturdays 10am (on/off) These classes are subject to change. There currently is a Zumba class on Fridays at 6:30 pm that is technically not associated with Dance Fuze Studio. There is a charge to attend. I believe it's $5. You can either get the $40 monthly membership for unlimited classes or pay $5 per class.
