A few friends and myself went to play golf there Sunday and first off we were split up which was unusual being there was hardly anyone there. Then my friend, his son and my self were very rudely spoken after waiting for hole 10 to clear to begin play. We were told that now we were to wait on the people coming and we had missed our t-time. With a horribly rude attitude the OWNER said if we didn’t like it we could be refunded and leave. That was the owner talking to a customer like this! The greens were trash the attitude was trash just all around worst experience playing golf in my life! Me nor the 5 others that was with me will be back!

Use to be a fun course to play. It bow looks more like pastor pool than golf and policies are ridiculous. Spouse isn't allowed to just ride unless playing, and playing as a 3some finished 9 holes in 1.5 hours and Marshall was telling us to speed up with nobody pushing. I asked Marshall what their expectations were on pace of play. His response "I don't know". Course isn't worth even $10 to play let alone the $40 they ask for!

I’ve gone a handful of times and usually by myself or with my son. Never had any issues. It’s a nice little course. Do they have extreme policies? Maybe a little but if you don’t make it an issue and just halfway follow their rules then you will have no problems and also get to enjoy some good golf. The last time I went the ranger rode up to me while I was waiting and I couldn’t have had a better time then just sitting there talking with him for a bit. If you don’t play 5somes and bring your own clubs and don’t bring people that don’t play then you can’t ask for a better place.

We live in Marianna. We love this course & come w/ fiends all the time. They will no longer let anyone ride. You have to have your own clubs. What?? I’ve never heard of this. I always ride w/ my husband. We would have paid extra & I have my putter so I could putt. Nope. She said I have to have my own bag. No wonder the parking lot was almost empty. To the owners: please let us know when you start allowing people to ride again and we will come back. If you never do I know you will fail & this really makes me sad. We have been all over the US & played many courses and have never been turned away because I do not have my own bag. We pay the cart fees for a rider. Congratulations new owners, we are playing Dothan National & you are boosting their business!! They have made lots of improvements!
