Avoid this place!! Unfortunately had to go here due to last minute. Staff is mismanaged and unhygienic. They don’t honor reservations and randomly call ppl depending on who they want to take. Hairdresser assigned asked me to take seat in uncleaned area to which I had to refuse. On top of it she hastily got through my cut and refused to do shampoo as she had to go home within their working hours.

She gave me a horrible hair cut. I specifically told her not to cut it too short. But she still made it very short. She also reused the same cloth she had used for the previous customer. I gave 2 🌟 as the place was clean.

Maybe you mean Luu? She's been cutting my hair for more years than I can remember, about 13 I think. She is extremely conscientious and does a great job. She used to be in San Leandro, but she's worth driving to from Castro Valley where I live. Give her a try if she isn't the one you were asking about.
