Had someone slash open my fuel tank to steal gas, Tim was super helpful, advising me to remind the dealer to order a small additional part they otherwise might've forgotten. The work was done well, and everything was good as new after they did it. They also got my new gas tank installed in less than 24 hours from when I got it from the dealer, whereas most places were quoting weeks out, but I needed my truck back ASAP. Price was fair, the work done was super efficient. Highly recommend

My wifes 2012 Ford Escape was blowing warm air out of the AC, brought vehicle to Reno location, ended up costing $1600.00 for AC repair, not 2 weeks later, blowing warm air again, bring it back, they checked it out in a few days and told me another $1100.00 needed to repair, thats almost $3000.00, I already spent $1200.00 earlier this year there for a differant issue. I dont understnad why the new crack issued and leak wasnt discovered when he initial repair was done, a complete check. I am so upset about this and would appreciate this repair be done at no charge. I believe this was an oversight on their part even though I was told by Lance, "sometimes another issue arrises after a repair is done", this is bad, I recommended this facility to others, no longer!, Ive spent almost $5k on a AC repair, Starter change and Oil pan gasket change for a car that is barely worth that.

Do not use this place. They said I was leaking oil and wanted to charge a $180 dye test fee. Certified pre-owned f150 with 13k miles ive put on in 14 months. I asked where it was pooling cause I drive at an incline in my drive way but they declined to say. Now I noticed that they took off my engine cover and did not replace it. Of course the tech doesn't have anything. Such BS. Look out for a used 2017 f150 engine cover on ebay/craigslist. This is the reason people have trust issues with mechanics. Never again

Dropped off our 1996 Suburban for diagnostic estimate. Matt was terrific. Estimate was more than what we felt we could afford especially since we were bringing the car out to Utah where we are moving. Matt was able to find a person to purchase it from us even though there were some issues like a lost title report. The individual who purchased the vehicle is willing to to what;s necessary to get duplicate title. Matt was able to keep the vehilce on his lot for abouttwo weeks and didn't charge us plus he found am person to purchase it from us. Very much over and above the normal service. Thanks.
