Recently we have replaced our residential internet and phone service with products offered by Verizon Wireless. Cellular Sales in Klamath Falls, OR is our preferred vendor, and we have been most pleased by the customer service, expertise and hard work done on our behalf. Alec was of tremendous assistance in our successful installation of our new wireless internet, and Kayla was likewise incredibly instrumental in our acquiring of a wireless home phone. Although she (through technical reasons way above her level) was not able to give us our unit to take home and install, it is clear that the extensive work she did was paramount to our successful purchase and installation. We are so appreciative of her outstanding work, which while she did not receive the direct credit for the purchase, her exemplary efforts made it happen.
