The selection of goods is on par with the chain, offering a decent variety. However, the customer service of the majority of employees is terrible. I informed one of them on a coffee product being out and she just mumbled something vaguely similar to a "yes" and continued on her "cleaning" like nothing happened. Another clerk flat-out ignored me and my fiancee as we were ready to pay for our items, acting like she was the only one in the store despite my fiancee and I speaking loud enough to be heard. Drivers, get in, get your stuff and then quickly move on to somewhere else since this is all that this place is good for.

Way to crowded, with people and inventory! Could barely walk through this location! McDonald's was super slow, counter person was not inspired to be fast or friendly. Bun on my fish sandwich tasted stale. Subway was over crowded, but the roller grill was fully stocked, unfortunately very little of it was done enough to eat. Parking area was congested, and too many people parking in no parking zones and blocking the lot. Fuel island was also jammed up, and the key pad on the pump I was at didn't work properly. Store personnel seem friendly, but overwhelmed by the number of traveling people coming in, as well as truck drivers. Should have parked across the street at Petro.....

Accidentally locked my keys in my car while pumping gas yesterday... I was getting frustrated that I could not get in touch with my family about this situation and Mrs. Brown, a Love's employee, was super sweet and let me use her phone to call my family. She then calmed me down and was just the best! We eventually got in contact with my family! While I was waiting on my family to show up another Love's employee, Mr. Hoit, was also very kind and helpful. He asked if I was ok and asked if he could do anything for me and he listened to what was going on. Both of these employees showed God's love to me by being super sweet, kind, and helpful. I felt very loved at Love's!

This has always been an extremely busy location. When I visited today, nothing has changed even with the addition of another store across the street. The staff was very professional and shared lots of smiles with customers. They were staffed very well so that everyone could get in and out quickly. Loves is a great place to stop on the highway. The standards are pretty consistent no matter where I stop. This store was very well stocked, clean inside and out, and front faced. I was a former manager at this store years ago, so I may be a little biased, but I also know what the expectations are.
