Lt. Tony Byram of the Logan Ohio police department needs fired!!! He likes to threaten people by telling them that he’ll throw them to the ground and then pull out his taser and threaten to use it when you’re at the hospital for “mental” help… he has zero regard for anyone!

The officer we dealt with today was very disappointing. He was called for a stand in because my brother was moving out of his girlfriends house and she was throwing things at him. The cop got there and told my brother that he wasn’t allowed in the house because his ex was being hostile and the cop didn’t want to deal with it. Even though my brother is a resident at this house he wasn’t allowed to collect his belongings? He wasn’t even allowed to collect his medications. even though the cop admitted that my brother had a right to get his things but refused to help and said his( the officer) time was up. Since when is there a time limit on calls? The officer seemed completely uninterested in the whole situation and acted like he had somewhere else to be.

We stopped in Logan as out of towners to get advice and directions. An officer from their force took time and helped us get sorted out. He couldn’t have been more polite, helpful or friend. Thanks!

Too bad their Chief is a tyrant who doesnt believe in constitutional rights. And tries to stop and ID in a non stop and ID state. Joke of a department.
