I wouldn't have even put one star if it would have let me put 0 stars. I went to buy a car she told me CarMax down the street would offer me more for it so I sold my car after driving almost 3 hours from home. Went back to purchase the car and she told me they wouldn't finance to a non Ohio residence after knowing through emails and face to face I was a wv resident. So I'm stranded 3 hours from home with my mom and daughter and just sold my only car. Will not buy a piece of paper from them!! Have to purchase a rental to get home and no clue what to do about daily driving until I can get a car!! They only offered financing after I had a cow over being stranded but then required 30% down on the spot and again I was stranded and had no means os 30% down the whole reason I was trading and financing. They were only making a one time exception to an out of state person because the woman messed up and had me sell my car leaving me without one 3 hours from home otherwise they don't finance to out of state people a detail they didn't tell me until after I sold my car.
