If zero stars was an option they would not get any stars. They have a lack of training and people who do not know what they are doing. Have made my banking experience horrible with them. I will be moving my accounts that I have with them. I do not recommend them as a bank take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Yes. You just need 2 forms of ID. It's a great Credit Union! The Downtown branch is closed inside. You'll have to go to the Deo or Hopewell location to do so.
It depends on if you're using it as debit or credit and which account has the money in it. I've had this problen at Wal-Mart a lot.
