This was my first motorcycle ive ever had and I left there feeling confident with my bike. Ive had it for a couple months now and it runs strong just like it was advertised.  I waited to review so I could give an honest review of the whole deal and so far I would say it has been great. Andrew took all my concerns into consideration and recommended the perfect first bike for me. Overall it was a good experience and ill be going back in a couple years when im ready to get another one.

Great experience! Tim was accommodating and honest. Purchased a night rod special, put $$ down over the phone and filled out the credit app, was very easy, drove 5 hrs 1 way (2 weeks later) and when we arrived on Saturday morning we were in and out in 1/2 an hour...painless and a pleasure dealing with approval powersports and Tim. It was everything they advertised. Great experience!

I purchased a bike back in February. My experience was a good one with this place. After reading all the negative reviews. I was kind of leary of going there. But they had the bike I wanted. The only issue I had was waiting on the title transfer. The previous owner never signed off so it took awhile to get this fixed. Dealer Didn't notice this but still had the bike for sale and sold it to me. Next time I purchase a bike from Approval Powersports. I will Make sure the title is signed off from the previous owner so you don't have to go through this headache of waiting and worrying.

Arron was very nice and helpful at first! I was approved for a motorcycle and paid them a $1000 down payment. Documents were supposed to be emailed to me the next day and I was told by Arron not to contact a shipper until the deal was done. Well I did and the price to ship the bike was a lot more than Arron told me so obviously buying the bike was not worth it. I contacted Arron about not going through with the loan with the reasons and was told they were going to keep my $1000 down payment because it was a deposit. Which is not the case. I never signed paperwork or saw paperwork for the loan. All the reviews about them lying just to get you to sign the deal are true. Please use caution. I have filed reports with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Secretary of State with Michigan. I have also disputed my “in store purchase” with my bank on my debit card. Treating people right is probably a better business model!
