Unfortunately, the only items that do not have dairy are our ices (we usually alternate between Watermelon, Sour Green Apple, and Blue Moon) or the popsicles (Spiderman, Spongebob, etc.)

I'm not sure about free cones but they do have dog ice cream cups for around $1 that my dog absolutely loves.
