I had called earlier and after dealing with the awful automated call system it said to just come in to the office. Upon arriving there was no staff to talk to only a self serve kiosk that required I consent to them keeping my information before telling me there was no appointments. Fantastic.

Showed up as they were closing down, and Kimberly (I think) re-opened the door and conducted my routine bloodwork efficiently and amicably. After fasting all day and hustling from work to get there by 4pm, I was so thankful for her understanding in that moment. Thank you!

Let me start 9fc by saying this place uses to be top notch easy five out of five stars. You could walk in whenever and usually be seen within 15 minutes, sometimes a lot less. Now you walk in go thru their little machine that after you give all your info make copies of your DL and Inscardthatbthwre is no appts abail. So basically there are no walk ins anymore. Instead you boom an appt online which over half don't keep soon their end it looks like they all booked up but in reality they only see half of what is sched. . For someone who doesn't get out this way all too often it's an inconvenience at best.
