The Canal Winchester UPS store is excellent! Service is great, the staff is very friendly, and they always work quickly and efficiently. Kalpna is wonderful and always greets people with a smile and is very professional and kind! Alex is great and one of the nicest people to talk to. Overall, great store and great staff!

I have always received impeccable service from each and every employee of this UPS store, and especially by the manager/owner. She is always kind, helpful and very professional. I do business there several times a week sometimes, and she doesn't miss a beat, and is smiling, even when there's a line to the door. I've been in customer service myself for over 20 years now, and I know what good customer service looks like, and they are exemplary!

If I could give this dump a zero I would. The Hindu lady who claims to be the owner is extremely, extremely rude. I came in to drop off an Amazon return and she insisted on telling me that the box needed to be taped or they'll charge me $1.00. I have a newborn and daughter to tend to so I quickly ran to my car to get my debit card to pay the dollar and rather than just get the transaction done this "owner" tried to "educate" me (in broken English) on why I'm being charged $1.00. I told her she doesn't need to educate anyone and that previous times when I came in to return Amazon orders with a young white man I never had this issue and he is always pleasant. She insisted on telling me about her tape your own box policy in which case I finally lost it and went off. I'm sure she's a racist and needs to go back to her country instead of ripping off hard working citizens over $1.00 here and there for some tape. Again I wouldn't have minded as much to pay the darn dollar but it was her nasty attitude and demeanor that escalated the situation. She told me she will not give me service and does not need my business. After much restraint to not reach over the counter and shut this lady up, I left. I advise everyone we know not to go to the UPS dump in Canal. I happily drove to Pikerington UPS and was kindly greeted and served without any issue over tape. Never ever take your business to the UPS franchise in Canal Winchester!
