My husband had some blood tests done. Paid $40 at the visit, and was told he'd have a balance "around $100". Over a month later they send us a bill for nearly $600! He's called and talked to multiple people, but they won't budge on the price. He never would have gone there if he knew it would be so expensive! I can't believe they can lie and get away with charging 6x's what he was told in office. Disgusting!

Rude and disrespectful.

I recently visited Coastal Family Health and was spoken to disrespectfully by the NP and the call center. I don’t like that this NP hung up in my face. And the call center supervisor got on the phone talking loud and disrespectful. I don’t believe in paying people to mistreat me. Poor service.
