Chris, Jacob, and some other man who’s name has slipped my mind (Derek maybe) are all excellent. My fiancée and I are new to the area and took both of our vehicles to have their oil changed at Take 5. Chris printed off all the information on what they were checking on my vehicle and walked us though every step of the process. When we came back Jacob and the other man took care of my fiancées car. They had to drain the coolant and even emptied the housing where the old coolant is stored so we could see the difference between what they are putting in our vehicle and what they took out. The people at Take 5 are genuinely great people and I would recommend them to anyone. If they can’t take care of an issue you have, they can recommend you to someone who will get the job done. I don’t think I’ve ever looked forward to having my oil changed but the crew at Take 5 made it into a painless, quick, and welcoming experience that I won’t dread when I have to go again in 6 months.
