Awesome selection of hard-to-find soda. Even the funny novelty sodas like bacon, ranch dressing, pickle juice. Nice choices in nostalgic old-school candy. Prices on everything in the store is obscenely high, though. To compensate for not accepting EBT/SNAP cards. Seems like they're trying to discourage a certain type of mid-city resident from shopping there, so that rich people in mid-city are more likely to shop there. Only reason to really go there is for rare soda and candy, and their wine/liquor selection. Bakery is good but pricey.

Guess we won’t be making our weekly trips here anymore. Walked in with my sister tonight at 7pm to pick up a few things and the cop/security guard at the entrance said we couldn’t bring our bags in, aka my sisters tiny purse backpack and my bag with my keys wallet and insulin in it. He was like I can watch your bags here but you can’t bring them in. Im sorry what?! Are you taking everyone’s purse away too? How would you like us to pay at the register? If you’re worried about stealing maybe install cameras? we pulled up in our Audi, live down the street and are here weekly for groceries. Guess we’ll be going to Albertsons now.

I don't work there...but best price in town for a great pecorino Romano cheese that is grated.
Diann, As of today, 10/21/2020, we do not currently have it at our Mid-City location, unfortunately. But we do have it in stock at our Perkins location if you're willing to pick it up there. I doubt it but you can try red stick spice co. On Jefferson blvd. Its in the same shopping center as Reginelles and across from Monjuni's.
