Went on Labor Day and the front desk was so rude when we walked in without us saying a word she rudely said "I don't know how long the wait will be!" with 3 cars in the paking lot!! First we didnt care how long the wait will be we have a sick child but we decided to leave d/t her rudeness!! I asked who I can leave a complaint with and one of the supervisors not on location response was well they were busy earlier. So with that said there is always excuses for their rudeness and how they treat people. This is the 1st time I have used this location and 2 other times I have used St. Amant location and all 3 times they very rude from staff to NP. We will never use any of these places again!!!
