I had been looking to find a Malamute for years. I stumbled across Mountain Ridge Malamutes Facebook page and was so enamored with how many postings of the puppies and even the grown Malamutes there were! This indicated to me that they truly care for these beautiful animals. We were fortunate enough to pick the pup of the litter that didn’t have a deposit on her. We got to watch her grow from birth up until the day we met her with weekly updates from this breeder! She accommodated our schedule of picking her up as we had to drive 15 hours to pick our new baby up! She has the adult mals living in her house as well. Most breeders keep them in cages or outside. This breeder truly cares for her business and for the people who choose to purchase one of her mals. My malamute is SO healthy, so fluffy, and so well behaved. I could not have chosen a better breeder to find my dream dog! Thank you Mountain Ridge Malamutes!

I cannot fully express the love I have in my heart for Loretta Roache/Mountain Ridge Malamutes. Years ago we had two malamute "kids" that were the center of our Universe. After they passed, we decided to bring new mally life back into our home. It was the most heartbreaking experience as one of the dogs we got suffered from mental & physical health issues which led us down a path of complete devastation. It's taken two years to recover from that horrific experience and this time around I took great care in choosing a breeder that I felt I could trust. Loretta is a true gift to the dogs that she raises and breeds. The love and care and personal attention that she gives her dogs goes above and beyond and her sweet, well adjusted, healthy, socialized, and downright gorgeous puppies are a true testament to her the heart centered care that they receive. We feel beyond blessed to have one of her precious heart puppies 💗

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Loretta and Mountain Ridge Giant Alaskan Malamutes. From the second I expressed interest in one of her pups, she was extremely communicative. She answered all my questions and I had no doubt it would be a perfect fit. I was sent updates on weight and photos weekly until I picked him up at 11 weeks old. Malamutes are obviously a passion, and not a business, for Loretta and it shows. The adults and the puppies are just delightful and well behaved. I've already been able to crate train, potty train, socialize, and do basic training with my Steve, and it has only been ONE week since I picked him up! He is sweet, loving, smart, and gentle while having that lovely puppy spirit. I'd like to also note that I have a small adult dog, and 4 children ranging from 1.5-6 years old and he is great around them. He came from a loving environment and family and now is a permanent part of my family. If you are lucky enough to get a beautiful pup from Mountain Ridge, you will not be disappointed!
