Hi Karen, We do fix XBOX consoles. As soon as you bring it in, while you are here, we will hook it up to a tv to see what is going on with the console. Normally we can tell you what is likely the issue from doing that and give you an upfront cost to do the repair. We require a deposit of $50. (The $50 will be applied to the repair cost.) Most of our repairs are completed on the same day (if brought in by 2:30 pm on M - F) unless we have to order a part. Thank you for your question and we look forward to seeing you soon. I believe they are 120 for slim ones if you don't have the rewards card. They work like gamestop with retro and current gen systems and games.

Hold the power button down till you hear 2 beeps , let it go into safe mode then reset it back to factory settings that is a bug that comes with update
