Been living here for about a year now. These apartments definitely feel like what a "home" should feel like. Management, Ms. Olivia, is very helpful and answers as soon as possible. She is very reliable when it comes to asking questions about these apartments and works with the tenants. I've lived in two apartments before this and neither have been as "welcoming" as Waterside Village Apartments. A good bonus is that they allow bigger dogs which is rare to come by! If you want an apartment that feels like home, these are definitely the ones! 🏠

Hello Hammond and Beyond! Do yourself a huge favor if you find that a new home is in your future! Come over and check us out! I am a resident here at Waterside Village and I can't think of a better place to live, I have made new friends and neighbors that have enriched my everyday life. This is my first time living on my own in my 64 years and I feel happy and blessed to be moving forward daily mainly thanks to my life here at Waterside Village!!

I can not express enough how much I have enjoyed living here over the past few years. The owner Walt is such a good man and always on top of things. Originally Mindy was property manager and she was fine But Walt blessed this village with the new property manager Olivia. I admire Olivia's dedication to the people and property. Olivia is one of the most hard working women I've ever seen and truely cares about the community. I've never had a problem with neighbors, it's quiet while we all look out for one another. Children's safety is over course a high priority and I have always felt safe for my self and lil boy here. If something is broke...they fix it and quickly. They are easy to speak to about any concerns. Honestly if I wasn't moving out of state id stay even longer. I absolutely loved my time here and memories and would highly recommend this place to anyone...it's the best. Thank you waterside village apartments for years of great memories and smiles. I will miss it.
