Ordered white mocha frappuccino, but instead received milk and ice. Went back in to ask for a different drink, the employees looked annoyed with me. Asked for a price difference for a different drink, was even met with hostility over it. Didn't raise my voice or yell, waited patiently to get yelled at. Definitely a place go to if you want to be made feel guilty for not having the right drink. Employees were annoyed by my asking for something else. A crime was definitely committed by me asking nicely for a different drink. Thanks Starbucks for making my afternoon a great one!

Place is great for students. Stays open until 11pm, but the air conditioning will be blasting! Bring a jacket especially in the summer.

My best friend bought me a giftcard from this location and it was a nightmare trying to rectify an error that clearly happened on the stores end. I had to drive all the way to the store which was more than 15 miles away and called customer service numerous times to NO resolution. The manager ended up calling me back after speaking to her district manager only to tell me once again to call customer service and there was nothing they could do to which my response to her was what customer service told me which was that the card was not activated on the stores end, the manager responded that the card was activated and hung up on me, the end of this story is that there was no resolution and my friend ended up wasting money as she paid for a giftcard and I was not able to use it, this is beyond terrible customer service on all ends- the store, the customer service at 1-800-Starbuc and it was very displeasing

Excellent service, quality drinks and the baristas always give my dog a "Puppacino," which he absolutely loves. The barista, Lauren, drew an adorable picture on my dog's cup, drawn very quick and is very adorable. I recommend coming to this Starbucks location, very satisfied.
