Mr Cesar is the most professional, kind, customer service oriented person i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I normally hate dealing with people but i would work with this young man every single time with no issues. I work as a service advisor at a dealership and my main job is great customer service and i dont think i could deliver the level of customer service this gentleman offered. You guys have a winner with this young man. Give him a raise, promote him. Make him feel appreciated because he deserves it. To make it even better, my grandmother also dealt with him and she literally hates everyone but she loved Mr Cesar. Just excellent all the way around.

This location has rather rude employees. At least the lady I dealt with wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Guess some things never change. By the way, if you're considering their homelife security - don't do it! Their service is a total joke. Found another company that actually has equipment that works without the run around b.s.!

If it's the COX remote... Turn on the device you wanna program like the tv, take the COX remote, PRESS & HOLD MUTE & SELECT, UNTIL ONE OF THE BUTTONS AT THE TOP BLINKS TWICE, RELEASE BOTH BUTTONS, PRESS THE TV BUTTON, (IT may stay lit) PRESS & HOLD SELECT UNTIL THE DEVICE POWERS OFF... YOUR REMOTE SHOULD WORK AFTER THAT.

You can buy your modem from walmart. Just call cox before you buy to see what kind you need or you can rent 1 from cox for 3.99 a month
