This is a predatory company. They raise rates with no justifiable reason. Just because they can, very inconsistent in their policies. All the other reviews are from the first contact which that is what the operation is all about. Get you moved in and then raise your rate every other month. So BEWARE. It’s just storage there should be no increase every month. You’re storing items that never move until you move them out there couldn’t possibly be any reason the fee should increase every other month. They are the most expensive in the area and they can’t offer you anything because it is just storage. BEWARE. Move in at your own risk.
