Boy was I mislead by the "good reviews" from this law firm; Can't say whether the law firm is good or bad, BUT I will say : Paul Ajlouny (& the law firm) is NOT in this for their CLIENTS' best interest, they will fight for WHAT THEIR BEST INTEREST IS, i.e., whatever makes THEM the most money. I'm sure that there are naive people thinking that, " Shouldn't the customer's interest be their best interest ?" NO, on the surface it may look that way (& I'm sure the firm goes around telling people this)... I now have a personal insight as to WHY people absolutely despise lawyers so much.

Unfortunately attorneys may occasionally drop a case. The reasons are usually either: 1. The victim is at fault and no recovery is possible 2. The case is not worthy of a significant settlement.
Immediately after a car accident you should be trying to gather as much information from everyone involved as possible. Take photos of the vehicles and scene if it is safe to do so. Do not sign any documents unless it's for the police or your insurance agent. Be polite, but never admit fault. If you're injured go to the ER immediately, do not wait.
