My favorite store to shop. Staff is friendly & efficient. HOWEVER, the rest rooms need an update. Is there enough staff to check the cleanliness of the stalls? Also, there are no hooks on the back of the stall doors to hang a pocketbook or keys. Definitely don't want to put them on the floor. Thank you

I live in canaan so this store is very convenient for me. I just wish it had more selection. I would think the Big Y in Great Barrington is your competition. They seem to have a better selection and don't run out of items as readily. Also, they have a better check out experience. Most of the time you have your slowest employee on the express line. When your customers see that, they move to self check out. Then they are annoyed a 2nd time because of the issues there. I would like to be a customer but I find myself driving up to Great Barrington for less frustration.

The fresh organic produce is limited compared to the Big Y in Gt. Barrington. The ability to order groceries on line and pick them up curb side is great. Wish they provided home delivery as needed. This is a basic store...no pharmacy or frills. I've had to check expiration dates on items, including cans, as I have found things are out of date...concerning.

This was a great place to go and buy fancy shampoo for your cat. As a cat person I am happy to wash my own hair with pure rain water and dish washer liquid (if it's my birthday), but I am more than Happy to splash out on this cat shampoo. Some people argue there's really no reason to wash a cat as they've evolved to do a top notch job themselves, but impersonally relish the challenge of soaping up and annoying my cat.
