I would share photos but I literally only got 2 when we returned to the stables. Before we started I was told the tour guide would take photos and the most spectacular view which I wanted of Lake Tahoe I didn't get. So not worth it, hope to go to Camp Richardson b4 I leave.

Zephyr Cove Stables was a wonderful place for a ride. The horse were well cared for and the staff is great. Terry was our guide and was fantastic. The views of Lake Tahoe are everything they promised. If your looking for a great family experience or just an enjoyable ride in the mountains, this is the place.

After they open and before they close. Check their web site for hours they always answer.
its 1 hour for 55 beaware though they take up 10000 feet i the mountain and its rough terrian.

I think that they keep the horses at the cove as long as the weather holds out. I've seen them still there as late as November.
Minimum age is 7. I'd make a reservation for any amount. We made one the day before for 7 no problem.
