The food was dry and lacking of flavor. General Tso's tasted like I was eating frozen chicken bites covered in some kind of goo that even after reheating didn't create a sauce. It remained clumpy and tacky as if too much cornstarch was used. The white rice was the best part of the meal even if it reminded me of sushi rice. The food was BAD, the one star is only because they were open.

BIG fan of Northeast Chinese Food in general, but this was a surprise gem. I'm a fan of apps and fried dishes. Their batter is light and crisp. Delightful. This goes for the crab rangoon, chicken fingers, fried shrimp and don't skip the sugar donuts! Clearly family-run, service is quick and polite. Will absolutely return.

I love this place. We get take out at least once a month or more. The people are sweet and their food is awesome. There are a couple other places to get Chinese food but these folks are the best ! Once I started getting food here, I refuse to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

Always a treat when we're back in the Freedom area. I never expected to find one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever experienced in rural Maine, but there's a gem in Unity. Prices aren't bad, and the food is always great. Highly recommended if you're ever in the area!
