Transfered from the VA clinic in Salisbury NC and have not been able to get registered due to NCs refusal to communicate the registar at this clinic took his personal time and ensured I was completely transferred and set up for a appointment, when I went to the appointment they were so expedient and fluid I was able to get my yearly physical, labs and future private appointments set up in only a couple hours I made my day, thank you for your help all of you

No. The van leaves from tje clinic. Maybe you could meet it on 180 or 118.
The VA hospital is in Wilkes Barre, but there is an outpatient clinic in Williamsport at 1705 Warren Ave Suite 304, Williamsport, PA. They can set you up at the clinic. I would start at the clinic on Monday. Hope this helps. Thank you for your service and maybe we will run into each other at the clinic.
