I was looking for a Yamaha ATV(to be specific a Kodiak 700 EPS SE) so I used Yamaha's dealer search feature. I called several dealers closer to me and I was told the ATV had already had been sold so the last dealership to call was JAF motors. Charlie answered the phone and informed me that he had just received the ATV and that it was available. I told him I was interested but I would coming from downstate and he said not a problem. Charlie worked with me and when I arrived he had the ATV cleaned up and ready to go on the dealership floor. From start to finish Charlie and JAF delivered exceptional service. The last thing anyone who is in the market for a new ATV wants to deal with is a shady dealer/salesman and Charlie is definitely NOT that person. He was honest and went above and beyond throughout the entire transaction. A+++ to Charlie and JAF Motors, I would gladly use them again to purchase another ATV (which is hopefully soon because I'm looking for a 450 EPS.) I highly recommend JAF!

The gentleman here that works the front is a complete douche. I went in there with cash money ready to make a purchase that day but I was dressed in work clothes so he must have assumed that I was just there to bullshyt. They were extremely rude and obviously not prepared to do their job and answer some of the questions I had in regards to everything because I was in dirty work clothes and they judged me right off the rip and in doing so they lost a sale. It's probably time to shut your doors jaf Motors or change your owner or employees or whoever it was. However, in the back was an older gentleman and he was pretty polite in a nice guy and jolly like Santa Claus. Perhaps your experience will be different than mine. Good luck

Friendly knowledgeable staff, got my first bike here two years ago now and still stop in to retrieve parts and oil. They have a good selection of bikes and probably will get another one from them in the future.
