I have been going to the Blasdell shop for about 20 years. The service people are friendly and patient. They explain everything thoroughly. I won't buy my tires anywhere else. I once bought 4 tires for my truck and on the way home the truck shook. Drove right back and they checked them and one had a defect. Put a new one on and apologized and sent me on my way. They definitely do not sell you stuff you don't need. Instead the try to find the best deal for you. Update: Just bought tires at Pep Boys. Again they gave me a great deal. Jason is always looking for a way to save you money ie, rebate, free installation or something.

We had an unexpected flat tire during our weekend trip to Buffalo and they got us in and out in 30 min on a Sunday- in fact the Firestone down the street recommended us to go to this Pep boys instead for faster service. They have a nice waiting area with outlets, microwave, water, snacks, and a Keurig machine and their rate for repairing our flat and taking the spare on and off was quite reasonable. Would highly recommend.
