I moved into the Halstead Norwalk a little less than a month ago and it was the easiest process I’ve experienced when moving into an apartment. From the minute I walked into the leasing office for a tour of the property, to my move in day, until now, Victoria has been nothing but welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The staff here seem to really stride to create a sense of community, hosting many events throughout the month for tenants & their furry friends. As for the property, in comparison to my previous Norwalk based apartment, it seems well maintained, clean and all upgrades mentioned to me during my first visit are actually being worked on. No bait and switch here. I love my apartment, my neighbors are friendly and my dog loves the walking trail. Definitely consider the Halstead Norwalk if you’re looking to move to the Norwalk area.

We love living at the Halstead! All of the new updates to the building have been amazing and really enhanced our experience living here. We’re so grateful for Vicky and the other members of the leasing office who have worked so hard to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for the other residents. With food trucks and community events planned every week, we’re always entertained and meeting new people. You couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Thank you Halstead crew, keep up the good work!

Victoria & The Halstead, I want to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation for working with my girlfriend and I throughout our moving process and on the day of our move in. You spent countless hours between phone calls and emails getting us set up to move in to The Halstead along with touring us at least 5 different times to give us as much exposure to the property and apartments available. On our move-in day our movers unfortunately arrived to The Halstead early and we were unable to access the building or our apartment due to not having scheduled access until hours later, we were in a bind to say the least. Luckily we were able to find a maintenance worker who was willing to get a hold of you at such an early hour in the morning on what I’m sure was a much needed restful Saturday. Expecting the worst it was at my surprise that you left the comfort of your apartment with a giant smile and relayed “It’s no problem, we will get you in and your room opened”. I was relieved knowing our alternative was to leave our new furniture outside for hours until we came back with the rest of our belongings. You checked on us periodically as we were moving in and locked the elevator for us so that we could have uninterrupted access making our move that much easier and providing us relief from a lot of the stress. As I sit on my balcony writing this, after touring countless other apartment complexes, Devan and I know we made the right choice and found an apartment we can now call home. Thank you for the over-the-top customer service you provided us, it’s truly a lost art and also making us feel welcome to The Halstead community.

I love living here! Vicky and Sade were so helpful with the leasing process and they both continue to go above and beyond to help with any questions or requests that come up. Not to mention, they always make sure to give my pup a dog treat when passing the leasing office, he loves them and this place too!
