They were especially patient with me while I figured out my energy needs before installation. The install team was courteous , clean and efficient. The worst experience I ever have! Sunation took over account from Level Solar years ago. I wanted to replace my roof since it starts to leak. I did everything they asked me to do. And IT’S BEEN 4 MONTHS and no one come to remove the solar panel. Now the roof is leaking more, the ceiling got water damage and they just simply said my account is just sold so just contact the new company. What did you do in the last 4 months? It is so disappointing and frustrating.
