They came in and saved the summer. Our previous company had people who weren't really knowledgeable about what they were doing. When they opened our pool, they did the chemicals wrong. My wife called them and the owner asked her, " What the h**l is wrong now? I don't know what's wrong with your pool. We poured a ton of chemicals into it" We ended our service with them immediately. We called empire and they came out within a couple days and diagnosed the problem, and within a week we were swimming. They respond promptly, are very knowledgeable, and polite. I would highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK!!!!!! You have been warned. Do not use this company. They opened my pool and damaged my filter. Left the pool running with water leaking. Did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Horrible Company!

Find a different company is my best advice. Hired to open the pool and then do weekly service. After opening, filter pump was not working properly. I contacted them and was told it would be looked at when they came to vacuum. The pool was vacuumed but the pump was not touched, The excuse was that the water level was low, techs left the hose running in the pool without notifying me.called and was given recommendation to try to get filter pump running which did not work. Called back and never received a return call. Called back and again was told that it would be looked at when they came to vacuum. The second vacuum service Doon poorly with debris left in the pool and the filter pump was never touched. May have good prices but you get what you pay for and it's certainly no bargain with my pool turning green. Read every reply to a bad review, they are all the same. The customer was wrong. I didn't want to wait TWO DAYS not ONE JOE!!! Why shou;d a customer have to wait for your company to do the work that was supposed to happen and then didn't. It's wonderful that you are so quick to refund money for services not performed, however I am sure the customer would much rather have the service provided and not have to complain. Yes the pool was left with debris in it after it was vacuumed, supposedly. When 2 weeks go by and the pump is not working and I was PROMISED that it would be fixed when they came and then it was not even touched I would say warrants a bad review without your usual the customer is wrong answer!
