I went here for diagnosis of a sudden onset neurological issue that my dog experienced. My first two visits with Dr. Gibson were awesome. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to diagnose the issue. I was on board with the treatment plan. However, once I followed up a month later via email and phone to say that my dog's condition was not improving and to discuss the next course of action (i.e. change of medication), I got no response! My email went unanswered and my multiple calls over the course of a week were not returned! I was on hold for 25-30 minutes each time I called, and no one from the Neurology team ever got back to me. Overall, I'm disappointed and frustrated because I have no answers on how to proceed with my dog's treatment while her condition is worsening. No one seemed to care. I'd hoped to have them as my pet's "go to" facility for care, but ignoring pet owners is not okay!
