The sites are a bit too close for me, but I camped here in October, so I was the only one there at the time. Very quiet and serene. I didn’t fish here, but I’m sure this would be a great place to! Sites have fire rings and there are pit toilets.

We had a wonderful time as a family. Campsites are clean, restrooms were not horrible. We fished, kayaked and swam. We will definitely camp there again.

Not a pretty site during daytime. More a fishing lake than a swimming lake. And sites we saw had trash left by previous campers. But the lake was still and peaceful at dawn. Hike up to south hilltop for a view to redeem your trip if you aren't a fisherman.

If you can go before Friday you should be able to have a decent choice of sites. I'd personally have someone campout a day or two before holding your celebration to ensure a good site. It's a first come first serve campground. Good luck and God bless 🙏
First come sites, just finished paving the road into the lake, water is really low now and fishing is slow
