My packages always arrive late when I need them most. My package was promised to be delivered by 10pm. I see it sitting at the carrier since 11am. It’s now 11:30pm and I find out that it will not be delivered until tomorrow or the day after. I have a plane to catch tomorrow and now it’s too late for me to get my package or shop for anything new since all the store are closed. This is not the first time this situation has happened. I honestly feel like they just don’t care and decided that they didn’t feel like delivering it. It’s happened with mail that I’ve been waiting on too. What a terrible inconvenience.

No ATM, but if you use your debit card, you can get cash back.
Go to your local post office which you mailing address belongs to and talk to Postal Supervisor if your problems keep going then you need to talk Postal Master of you local post office and you have a right to fill complaint letter.
Most likely that their is more to the story then you are presenting here.
