I loved coming here. The new young blacksmith was very nice, I even put in a commission for a knife, it was a great experience overall and a good walk.10/10 would recommend, I will definitely come again.

Nice little place but a bit disorganized, and in need of some maintenance. Could use a good cleaning, for example, and it looks like very little work has been done since the 2007 production of the introductory video. Praise should be given to a small town's effort to celebrate their history, but in the end, it was all on the boring side.

Stopped here at the old dry dock, repair facility for the old Erie Canal. I stopped in to see it while on the "Ride the Erie Canal" bike ride in July. Fun to watch the Black Smith.

I suggest you contact the museum curator. Aksi, there is an Erie Canal museum in Syracuse NY.
