When they finally returned my call the next week the I explained I needed to have my older dog put down he was not well, the woman ask if I was a customer of hers I said no I was referred to her by one of her customers. She was very rude said she wasn't taking new customers she's retiring. So I ask if she could recommend someone she said no figure it out yourself. Considering the situation I wasn't looking to be a new long term customer and didn't appreciate her rudeness. I don't think it was Esta herself that called I think she said her name was Karen or something like that.

She is awesome at what she does!! Called to get my cat spayed and my cat was in just days later!! Great prices and she goes over everything with you before you leave plus gives you after care papers!!

No she is not, she is semi retired, with full retirement next year.
Go with what you can afford, they are all ok. Just stick with 1 kind unless the cat has issues with it. Cats don't like change...of any kind. If you do have to switch because of allergies, be sure to compare ingredients.
