This hotel is fine for a night or two. Room was clean, and had a well-appointed kitchenette. Furniture is old and tattered and needs to be updated. Breakfast was hot, fresh and tasty. The low point of our stay was the fire alarm that went off at 5 am. We hustled outside with the other guests. No one from the hotel bothered to come around and tell us what was going on or when it was safe to return to the building. We all went back in the building when the alarm stopped. Fifteen minutes later, the alarm went off again. Still no word from the hotel staff on what was going on. A little communication would have gone a long way!

This place was not bad to stay at with pretty much everything provided to make you feel at home. The decor is somewhat outdated, the laundry services were coin-operated with no change machine, the fitness center was clearly an after thought. Overall, it's recomended but not at $200 per night.

We rented 2 rooms and both were dirty on arrival. Sinks had gunk in them and wouldn't drain, same for one of the showers, carpet wasn't vacuumed (there was confetti in one corner). We ended up requesting another room once the toilet overflowed in one of them.

This was my go to hotel when business brought me to town. I understand we have all made changes during the pandemic. This property made changes that will keep this lifetime Hilton Diamond member from never staying another night.Once I finally got into a room it wasn’t what I booked. The front desk was rude at best. A typical answer was always that is how it is. The room had several issues from the ceiling falling into the tub to the heater not working properly. I was given a towel, hand towel and a wash cloth. That’s fine but nobody tells you they don’t clean your room unless you request it 24 hours prior. I called the front desk to get some towels brought to the room. Well that didn’t happen. I went down to get them. The breakfast was as expected. Nothing great but it works. My final breaking point is the do not have a dinner at night anymore besides Wednesday. Then it’s very low budget. I had spent several evens hear but never again. Off to the Embassy or Hilton Garden Inn.
