Some of the neabors are very friendly. But the rest are very rude and disrespectful. Especially the guy that has a bar in his storage unit. That is loud at night with the drunken karaoke not to mention the crowd it attracts. I have lost sleep because of how loud the music was, and the language.. How is that even allowed?? But I am going to speculate that when you know people that know people. You get to do whatever you want. But this is just my opinion.

Lol the only reason they good reviews is because they done a “$100 of rent month” to who ever won the contest. This apartment isn’t that awesome.

My husband and I resided at the Oaks for over 3 years. At first management and maintenance was on point however, after the sale of the property last year it had gone down hill. After several issues that were left unresolved we decided to not renew our lease. Management lacked professionalism and often left us feeling as if the issues we had were blamed on us and not the fact we were using old, recycled appliances. Problems were documented as resolved and went unresolved. Despite all of the above we did enjoy the friendly atmosphere with our neighbors and we’ll certainly miss those that we have created lasting friendships.

We have been here for over a year now, we couldn't be happier! The staff here goes beyond willing to help with a issue. The neighbors are nice and its so quite here, the Oaks is a safe and comfortable place to live! Bill P
