This is a very very bad location (no Karen, not because they are racist, they are NOT) but they do operate like a half baked hotdog stand and are very rude with consistent lackluster service. They are lazy beyond the skies reach and NEVER open on time. I would not do business at this branch again and would suggest you go elsewhere as well.

Employee refused to help me and wanted to send me to the back like I was Rosa parks. Rather then help me she wanted to check her emails then suddenly wanted to help everyone in line behind me.

Horrible Credit Union. Customer Service sucks at all locations of Truilant Credit Union. Hire people that know what they are doing!!!!
