This place is a complete disaster!!!! Can’t have a simple shower without getting burnt have to death!!! Management is insane any times don’t get me wrong some times he can be the sweetest but what you don’t do in a business is give a customer an attitude nope I don’t do that!!! Rooms are not up to date!! Microwave was nasty when we went into the room I had to clean it! There was a load of trash under the bead dirt build up around the toilet!! Noise non stop out side!!! I definitely left after a few weeks there!!! Thankfully we got an apartment!!! A lot of suspicious stuff going on around there!!! The rooms definitely smell musty! I can honestly say I’ll never return ever

Great room, stayed there for two nights, very nice location close to the cute sights in palatine bridge. Very friendly staff always making sure we were comfortable the whole time and had everything we needed. Very family oriented stay! Rooms were very clean and didn’t have that motel smell that most motels have.

It's 1am and we'd been driving for 5 or 6 hours. We are exhausted and looking for somewhere to rest before continuing our journey the next day. The other hotel in town didn't answer their doorbell. I have to say I am THANKFUL they did not! We called Palatine Motel and they answered the phone first ring, said they had room, gave us directions. The owner/manager was FABULOUS!!! The room was warm and cozy and nicely done. It had snowed and they were almost full, so no parking spaces. "No no no, just park outside the door, honey, no problem!" We didn't stop on our return trip, but if we were going to it would have been here. I cannot recommend them highly enough, just based on the staff personality and the lovely room. It's not some fancy "5 star" hotel, but I definitely rate them FIVE STARS!!! Thank you for your kindness!
