I recently signed up for a gym membership with my wife. The front desk workers were really helpful in explaining the different types of memberships. The gym is clean, and if you go at non-peak hours there is no competition for machines. There is always available treadmills regardless of the time of day.

There is not a direct email listed that I am aware of. If the normal staff members weren't helpful the planet fitness website has a contact form you can fill out that does also request you input which club. While I haven't actually had to send anything directly that way before, based on changes seen at the club after noting a few shortcomings in my reviews on Google and the planet fitness surveys, the owner does seem to keep up with it as all items were addressed immediately.

What Chris said. Go in, fill out an application, and set up monthly debits. $10/month for that one location or $20/month to use any Planet Fitness location. Hope this helps
Yes they do! In the back room there is a big piece of equipment that had a ride area all the way around it. You can go in anytime and get a free tour or you can go on their website and do a virtual tour.
