Motel booked our room 3 months ago. Arrived and found a gutted shell of a building. We got reimbursed but it left is scrambling for accommodations

This hotel was shabby, run down, we felt very uncomfortable with the thought of staying here, lacked security, so we turned in the key and left. Unfortunately we had already paid so lost a chunk of money. Will always ask to see a room first from now on, but we had reserved online and they refused a refund.

I've found better motels and hotels for a cheaper price. This place was okay, but there was some stuff I didn't like. The power went out twice, both at night. Not good. Some doors were cracked and needed repairs. Locks on the bathroom door did not work. Rooms had some cockroaches. I wish they upgraded the rooms a bit more and showed a bit more TLC.

They didn’t clean the room before booking someone new. shower had hair on the wall from the previous person. We had two rooms and told them one room was checking out and other was checking out later tonight. They didn’t listen and checked both rooms out removed all of our belongings into the lobby. Worst place to stay!
