Went there for breakfast. The Wait is ridiculous. The waiter and waitresses doesn’t seem to care at all. They forgot multiple parts or our order. Also why bother asking how everything is going if you are not going to even pour us some hot water. Will not recommend

Nice hotel restaurante located in the Marriott. The food was decent and the service was standard. They didn't have a cocktail menu when I asked however, the restaurant does have a full bar. The decor appears to be "hipster modern" with a relaxing atmosphere. If you are staying in or near the Marriott 11 Waters is worth a visit.

What a terrible experience at this place; luckily it was short lived.Made a reservation on line for me and my wife, which was accepted,, arrived 5 minutes early. Immediately confronted by the hostess that they weren't seating anyone else, place was halfull. She passed me on to a waitress as they criticized me in my presence,, for making a late reservation. I explained that I had made a reservation that was accepted. The waitress sat me at a small table and said I would just have to wait. I walked. Don't go here...

The breakfast is very nice here and they have very friendly service, my friend also enjoyed this restaurant, and she had “ All American” which was very filling. This is a nice convenient safe place in the heart of downtown Syracuse.
